Even with a change in ownership it’s still the same vibe, supportive coaches, knowledgeable, and no matter what level of fitness or age, they have something for you. It’s all about getting better and feeling better at Steel Mill. If you need to be pushed they will push you, if you need technical help, they coach you, if you need encouragement there is no shortage of that either.
I've been a member of this gym for going on 7 years now and I couldn't be happier! This place offers exceptional coaching, nutrition knowledge, a number of classes to attend, 24 hour access, and a very homey/friendly atmosphere. Come see what this community is all about! Movement is medicine and this place will have you moving!
Steel mill gym is an excellent place to come and get your workout in. The coaches are very attentive to make sure that you have good form so you don't get injured? There's lots of options for your workout and plenty of things to shape your body.
I cannot say enough good things about Steel Mill Total Wellness. My family and I moved to the area in 2024 and after months of not having a home gym I found Steel Mill out of pure luck. I was a member of a functional fitness gym in my home town for 15 years that felt like home and when I moved away I never expected to find that again. But I could not have been more wrong.
