Steel Mill CrossFit is a wonderful community and an ideal atmosphere to challenge yourself and have fun while doing it.
Steel Mill is the only place I’ll go to train, the owner and lead coach Jalese is amazing at what she does, her passion for helping others is evident in every class, and her facility is immaculate! My experience here has more than great, it’s been transformative!! 10/10 recommend!!
Michelle was awesome! Very energetic and encouraging.
Coach Jalese is extremely knowledgeable about lifting and fitness in general. What I appreciate the most is how skilled she is at adjusting any workout to match my personal abilities. She breaks down each step of the movements, demonstrates everything very clearly and consisely, is highly motivating and encouraging, and seems to have endless patience. Thus making what my brain says is impossible, completely possible!!
