I've been a member of this gym for going on 7 years now and I couldn't be happier! This place offers exceptional coaching, nutrition knowledge, a number of classes to attend, 24 hour access, and a very homey/friendly atmosphere. Come see what this community is all about! Movement is medicine and this place will have you moving!
Steel mill gym is an excellent place to come and get your workout in. The coaches are very attentive to make sure that you have good form so you don't get injured? There's lots of options for your workout and plenty of things to shape your body.
I cannot say enough good things about Steel Mill Total Wellness. My family and I moved to the area in 2024 and after months of not having a home gym I found Steel Mill out of pure luck. I was a member of a functional fitness gym in my home town for 15 years that felt like home and when I moved away I never expected to find that again. But I could not have been more wrong. This gym has truly changed my life as well as my sons. My son had low self esteem and was being bullied in school. He started going to their kids class and eventually graduated to CrossFit which helped him become the Marine he is today. They are my second family. Everyone is supportive, friendly, kind and non judgmental. The coaches are very attentive and knowledgeable. They all want to help you succeed and achieve your goals. They motivate you during workouts as do the other members! I love this gym.
This business now has a different owner. The new name is Steelmill Total Wellness which is awesome. The one star is because this steelmill Fleming Island is no longer in business
