I was told if you had an issue with your hair within a week of having a service performed on it that they would fix it with no charge. I called 1-2 days after getting my hair done & was told she could not get me in until the following week. Since it was past a week, she charged me $30 (on top if original $120) even though I called 1-2 days after my hair was done.
