Pre-paid to have husbands tires changed. It was done 2 1/2 months later..... I was going to rate lower untill I met the young man. He was polite and easy to talk to. Did not expect that. He understood that he was in the wrong for not having the bike done sooner and in return gifted us a nice steel horse sales hoodie. I apprishiate that he apologized and gave us a gift.
