Just an overall lovely experience. Was visiting PEI from Ontario and had a rear coil spring snap on me. I called all over but couldn’t find a shop to look at it on such short notice. Steel heels fit me into their busy schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem, found the required parts, and installed the parts in a timely manner. I went in for a scan because the engine light was on on my vehicle. They told me the same thing that the last scan told me so they went ahead and replaced it and they put another part on that. They thought it was but there was nothing wrong with that as I went to another mechanic for $100 scan. I walked away paying $800 and nothing fixed. They told me I had a warp in my engine and every mechanic that I spoke to since said how in the hell can they see that without taking it apart I'm not impressed.
