I took over a year to install my curtains, once I did, I noticed they were too short. Aaron, replaced the curtain, no charge & the news ones fit PERFECT! Incredible Customer Service!

Hailey was excellent. She helped out with all the questions we had and very responsive with emails.
Don't buy anything from these scam artists. I was told upon ordering it would be about 2-4 days to ship, and that it would ship UPS. Well over a week passed and no updates of any kind. I reached out for a refund, they said no problem refund being issued in full because they had "stock issues". Well another week passed, no refund has appeared. This is not a company to spend a dime with. They're the "take your money and hide" type of company.
