Spectacular food and wonderful customer service.
We used Steel Grill to cater a family event and they did not disappoint!!! Not only was the food delicious but the staff was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely use them again.
I am not sure why Morsus gave such a bad review on Saturday?? The company I work at uses Steel Grill Catering every work day throughout the year. We have never received hot food being cold! Not sure where that response came from? Now, they do make mistakes now and then, every one does, but they will rectify the problem immediately! My company orders to the steel grill once every 2 weeks, every time it’s perfect. The food is hot and never disappointing I have never had a bad experience for the year my company has been ordering here. I highly rate Crystal as she answers my emails in a second with very strong and good answers. And the cookies and deserts are very well baked, fluffy and ready to eat while still being hot. Very good establishment with very good staff, I highly rate this place.
I can’t wait to have an event of my own so I can hire the steel grill ! The food was incredible! Someone at the event I was at had food allergies and they made sure everyone was taken care of The staff were professional and approachable The event co ordinator was amazing making sure no detail was missed They went above and beyond more than 5 stars
