Excellent customer service. I placed my order during the holidays and the post office was closed. The owner of the store delivered the product to me personally next day. Highly recommend.
Poor customer service, I bought 6 kids drink bottles from here, which I later found (by testing one bottle with water), that they spill water when your kid drinks from the straw. All the writing is in a foreign language. Not only the the person at the counter tried to lie he explained that to me when I was purchasing that, but didn’t even want to give an exchange as it says on the receipt. He tried to exchange them in to more expensive bottles which he chose. I declined this offer and kept the bottles that I won’t be using! ... read more
