I’ve had a very positive experience at this gym! I’m completely new to CrossFit, and this is my first time attending a CrossFit gym. From day one, everyone has been kind, welcoming, and respectful. My coach, Roy, is extremely attentive and patient. He carefully explains each movement and helps adapt the exercises to my fitness level. The atmosphere is very motivating and full of positive energy, especially for those who work out early in the morning. I highly recommend this gym, especially to anyone just starting CrossFit!Â
