Check-in was a little difficult because the broker gave me different numbers, so I had to go around and stand in line again. After check-in, they told me I had to load from two different places. The crane inside the building had a problem, so I had to wait a couple of hours. The wait was frustrating, but the people here were very polite, respectful, and friendly. Even when you lose a few hours, good people and good service make the day better. Thank you!

Loading sucks here 75% of the time and delivering is dumb with the cb nonsense. Idk why they don't do the phone like they do pick ups. Out of all the SDIs this is the worst one hands down. Late night lady before 10 ruined my weekend with a appointment I had back at home. Wasted 4 hours here to get unloaded in 10 mins. BS. Beware of Boomer

Can’t stand coming here. Ladies in the scale are condescending and talk to you like a dog, they’ll even make you open your door and verify you’re wearing shoes because apparently your feet need protection at the pedals. I hate this place and can’t wait til it’s my last time ever coming here!
