Not a bad place for pick up. Check in and check out process can take some time but loading was quick. I expected it will be worse after reading reviews
Our driver arrived 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time (3 PM), successfully passed the test, completed registration, and received a valid entry ticket. He was waiting in line inside his truck when, after about 2 hours, he was informed that his ticket had been deactivated and he would not be loaded. The facility claimed they didn’t know the reason and were working on resolving it. Very bad shipper. I do not recommend coming here!!!
This place is absolutely awful. They have a test to get a load. It's incredibly difficult. The United States citizenship questions are easier than their test. Moreover, you don't understand some of the expressions. When I asked if I could use a translator, they wouldn't let me. Even the DMV driver's license exam is easier. Their only concern isn't doing business, but torturing me.
