First time here they awesome. App was at 7pm. I got there 4:30 pm finished my test. Pretty easy common sence test. I got loaded 6:30pm.
Not a bad place for pick up. Check in and check out process can take some time but loading was quick. I expected it will be worse after reading reviews
Our driver arrived 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time (3 PM), successfully passed the test, completed registration, and received a valid entry ticket. He was waiting in line inside his truck when, after about 2 hours, he was informed that his ticket had been deactivated and he would not be loaded. The facility claimed they didn’t know the reason and were working on resolving it.
