It's unfortunate when someone as skilled at their craft as Ally doesn't have the customer service skills to match. I arrived on time to my appointment and tried to buzz into the building only to be met with a busy tone. After several tries, I texted their personal number. Followed my instinct and had to check Ally out. She is hands down the best for sure! I booked for a haircut and beard trim and got more than what I was expecting. Hot towel and straight razor line up to my beard. Personally I've never have had this experience before. She's in a private studio and I didn't have to deal with a shop. Win for me. She was very communicative with how to's for booking, parking and entering the building. I will absolutely be seeing this barber again.
Ally is the best - hands down! She is the most talented Master Barber that I have experienced in some time. I have experience in London and Tokyo with other Master Barbers and she is a couple notches above them by far! She is truly a MASTER BARBER. She is meticulous in her work and takes pride in working with you in order to get the cut and beard that you are looking for. Her shaving skills are top notch - and perfection every time. Very annoying because I went to look for a haircut and in the address they put on Google it comes out that it is a company of windows and doors I really wanted a good haircut because I heard that it is an excellent barbershop but how can you go to something that has no name outside on its facade really disappointing
