Out of date equipment and giant steel plates dont mix This company has little to no care about the safety and wellbeing of its workers. Broken e brakes on hilos plates constantly falling of magnates. And ZERO reliable training. Im suprised i wasnt killed working here. The ceos and whatnot would rather hide in their offices and come out to yell at people when their unkept machines break and cause injury. And all management has become lathargic and apathetic.
Steel Craft Technologies is a joke. Just getting through the hiring process is unprofessional. Brandon in HR has not a clue what he is doing. Save your time. Work somewhere else.
