Excellent experience when purchasing a car from these guys. Richard was our contact and I cannot fault the level of service. Quick to answer questions and very good after sales service too. I would say these guys don’t sell you a car, they help you to buy one!!
Brought a volvo xc90 from Steel city sports and prestige and the service was excellent, If anyone is looking on buying a car, Steel city is the place to go for an outstanding service from Paul and Richard .
Lovely, friendly staff. Paul made us feel welcome and at ease. After look at the car we wanted to purchase, we went on a test drive on our own. We came back and were made a drink and sat down and chatted. Paul was great. He talked us through everything. Everything was straight forward and we bought the car and drove it home same day. We are very happy with our purchase would definitely recommend Steel City sports and prestige. Thank you guys.
Bought a Porsche Cayman off of these guys at the beginning of May. Found a minor fault with the parking brake a little after purchase and contacted them. Although I was initially a bit upset, I cannot fault Paul and Richard at all for their efforts in getting the car to a Porsche dealer and ensuring that it was fixed to my satisfaction. They collected it from me and delivered to the dealer for the repairs, as well as returning it after and were nothing but helpful through the whole process. From initial enquiry through to purchase and delivery received superb service. Dealt with Paul who went over and above to make the deal happen, even taking time out on a Saturday to personally deliver the vehicle to us. Would highly recommend.
