I found out at 5.30pm on Friday that for a new home purchase where we are using our existing home for collateral while we ready it for sale, that the bank required a roof inspection and report on our existing home. We are in the dieng days of our cooling-off period and needed this report fast. Quinn arrived to assess and provide a quote to fix a sagging gutter. 5 minutes later it was fixed. He refused to charge a call out fee - shows great integrity. Very happy to recommend.
Quin kept me well informed regarding my appointment and what needed doing, he turned up on time and was reasonably priced I would definitely recommend him and will be using him for ongoing roof maintenance.
