Now that Steel City Orthodontics has taken over, this office is nothing like it was for many years under the wonderful Dr Whitner. Was promised the first appointment of the day at 9:15, but scheduling didn't bother to actually tell the staff, so didn't get in until over an hour later. Missing that much work and school is really frustrating. The office went from fun and inviting to the waiting room at a Russian prison.
