Horrible people that answer the companies line
My son was absorbed after Steel City bough our retired orthodontist’s practice (Wintner Ortho was amazing but unfortunately he retired half way though my sons treatment). Steel City changed treatment plans mid treatment and discharged my son with a terrible overbite and a cross bite. Had him re-evaluated by another orthodontist and he was appalled. Ended up paying out of pocket (since my insurance already paid for our failed attempt). He now has a perfect smile- no thanks to Steel City Ortho. Really felt like they just tried... read more
My daughter started seeing them for her braces. And they are amazingly professional and secretaries so friendly. They work with you if you need any kind of help. Whether it be financial or non financial. Highly recommend.
