The Steel city jet ski rental in Pittsburgh was disappointing. Despite being told a late arrival was fine, staff delays cut into ride time, and we were unfairly rushed off the water. When we questioned this, a staff member responded rudely and condescendingly. The customer declined a begrudging 10-minute extension from the same staff member and left early. HIGHLY recommend coming here to rent jet skis. I took my sister and 5 year old nephew with me and all the employees were so friendly and kind to us. My second weekend in a row renting with them and I definitely plan on coming back with more friends and family. Great time on the water, so much fun.
Best hour of the summer. I took my daughter and she laughed and screamed for a straight hour. The staff was great especially Landon. Highly recommend to any individual or family. Already planning on getting a season pass next season. Highly recommend!
