This doctors office is absolutely the worst doctors experience I’ve ever had in my LIFE. Came there one for an eye irritation and she said “maybe if I’d stop crying my eyes would get better” it got so bad to the point I had to bring people into my appointments with me to witness the abuse. I’ve been begging for help with my knee and back problems, they won’t send me to a specialist bc they wanted me to do physical therapy which I have ALREADY done for these issues. Rick Raymundo has been my Dr. since 70’s..He saved my life due to Breast Cancer! I have known him forever it seems…The girls in the office are the best !Ive known them forever …I never had a problem with anyone there.They care above their patients…..Rick called me one time on “Mothers Day “ to go over a test result…Nothing but praise from me and my husband.
I can tell you that Amy, and Taylor were the absolute best. Everyone else made me feel like a bother to be there mostly the ladies at the front. Amy came out and personally chatted with me and did an amazing job fixing the situation. And Taylor the PA, is amazing and really really listens to you. I will be requesting Taylor here on out.
