I had a great experience working with Carl & Steel City Bike Works! I had 16 inch ape hangers put on my 2019 Softail Low Rider. I was impressed with Carl's knowledge and attention to detail insuring I get the best product and ride-ability for the price. My bike was finished in an impressive timeline even though we had to order a longer clutch cable, Carl was on it fast! I look forward to having Steel City Bike Works do more custom modifications to my Low Rider!!!
Best service I've ever experienced!! Carl came and picked up my bike and had it finished sooner than expected. The price was about half of what the shops in Colorado Springs quoted me. My bike runs better now that it did brand new. I will never take my bikes anywhere else. I LOVE YOU STEEL CITY BIKE WORKS!!! Thank you for exceptional customer service, more than fair prices and better than expected quality work.

Brought in my '84 Softail Custom in to have many things worked on. Its been sitting in the garage for almost 2 and a half years. It used to be my Dad's Harley that he gave to me upon his death so there's a blood relation between me and that bike. Carl contacted me constantly keeping me up to date on their progress.
