My son made an appt. With this barber shop. He goes in at 9:55. 5 minutes before his appt. His barber did not show up, so he had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes as a walk in for a hair cut. Could not leave because them he would give up his spot in line. 2 hours 15 mins later he got a mediocre hair cut. Disappointed. should have spent the same amount of time driving to colorado springs and got his hair cut at any DAPPER barber shop location. At least with the time spent, he would have got a decent hair cut.

I arrived early for my sons appointment. The barber Kaleb was a no show. I was told to sign up for the wait list for another barber. They did not know where he was and the best they can do is for me to be put on a wait list. If the barbers they hire is this caliber maybe they should let him go due to me being informed he no showed on multiple others before I arrived.
