As always, (been going to em for 3 years] Awesome Barbar Shop... (walk-in today, usually try to do an appointment, they're quite busy/booked usually.) Professional and attentive haircut and beard trim/shaping... (Lisa this time, but all of em are great and hold themselves, personally and as a business, to a very high standard, and it shows.)
3 haircut appointments here and each time has been problematic. 1st time, the appointment was changed from 9 am to 9:30 as I’m on the drive to the appointment, making me late to work. Whatever, maybe something happened. Second time, different barber, scheduled (and paid for) a razor fade. Guy was clearing in a hurry bc he was 20 minutes behind and didn’t use a hot towel or razor on the fade at all. Gave me his number to provide extra service next time, which is useless for this time! Used to love this place seems like its not as good anymore idk had an appointment at 7am and they cancelled it 30 minutes before Wasted a trip there and about an hour driving time to get there and back home Had to come change review as barber messaged back and tried yo make it seem like i was at fault when he wasn’t even there suoer dissapointed
Mike did a great job
Worst haircut I've ever had. He cut my ear with the clippers which is now infected and he cut my face with the beard razer too simply because he was in a rush and not paying attention. On top of that my haircut looks horrible i asked for a mid fade he went way too high up and its botched in the back and it could be a mohawk my hair line is messed up so bad.
