They were here by the end of the week for an estimate after the big storm and were back early the next week to inspect the damaged tree and clean up. They did a fanstastic job. Cleaning off my roof, taking pictures of damages they found, all the yard, sidewalk, and street were left in great shape. You'd hardly know anything ever happened. I've use them before for both storm clean up and routine maintenance. They are friendly and professional and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a tree service.
Luke and team are fantastic! I've used them twice, once for a major tree removal, the second for pruning of a tree damaged by wind. Great work, they show up on time, communicate well about the schedule, clean up afterwards and and charge very fair prices. Highly recommend!
I’ve gotta say, this tree-cutting service is top-notch—the best I’ve come across! They’re pros through and through & really friendly, even with all my questions. Big props to Luke—he’s a solid guy! They showed up on time, got the job done fast, and left my yard looking great. If you need trees taken care of, these are the people to call!
We had an estimate scheduled, and I was asked to reschedule as the job they were on that day was running long. So for our next estimate appointment, I snuck out of work a few minutes early, and my wife changed up her plans so we could make sure one of us was home. Unfortunately, they never showed up for our rescheduled estimate. No phone call or text. Just a no show. We ended up going with a different service.
I would give Steel City Arborist 10 stars if I could. Luke and his crew are very friendly very professional. Awesome work awesome clean up awesome price. I’ve used them multiple times now on about 9 huge trees that’s tree removal and stumps ground and I will definitely be calling them again. I highly recommend Steel City Arborist they are the best out there.
