This place is amazing! I cannot praise it enough. Simone did my hair for the first time a few days ago. I am so touchy and sensitive about my hair and I was so nervous going in for such a big change! But she was able to match my roots exactly to bring me back to my natural color and she managed to save my dry sad hair and turn it into something so healthy and pretty. I came to Simone to fix my hair to be one color. Simone was very unprofessional and rude to me. After the first appointment, I had to reach out because my hair was not fixed at all. I had to go back to fix it again after already being fully charged and I was willing to do whatever to fix it. Both times, she told me she did fix it, and as soon as I got home both times I realized how my hair had all different colors in it. 100% agree with Emma below about Simone. I only went to her for a simple haircut (shoulder length blunt cut, no layers, angles, etc). And my haircut came out uneven and with random long pieces. This simple haircut came out to be $70 before tip and the entire time she was aggressively shilling products.
