Called ahead and was told I could come in without an appointment, get there being told otherwise by a different worker and that they could schedule me in later for what I needed, then another employee came over and contradicted him by telling me that they aren’t available till even later and that they don’t sell the jewelry I was looking for even though the other employee just said they did. Very very disappointed and wasted a trip down there.

For walkins it is and always has been first come first served. If the wait is longer than our open hours then we do ask you to come back another time . RecommendedTook my girls and a friend to get their ears double pierced for Sammi’s 10th birthday. I can’t say enough about how awesome Steel and Ink is when it comes to ear piercing for kids. They are safe, clean, and extremely experienced! They also did a great job of calming my girls nerves.

Rayne pierced my daughters ears and my lip and was so professional and sweet. Made my daughter laugh and to not be scared. Did and absolutely amazing job!!! I have already recommend to a lot of my friends!!

Brandie did an incredible job on my sister and I’s first tattoos. Her line work is SO CLEAN. Both of our tattoos were relatively small, making the line work even harder too. She made us feel comfortable, asking us questions and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. It was a great experience and we LOVE how our tattoos turned out! Definitely going to her for all our future tattoos 🖤

12 yr old daughter had her ears pierced at Claire's in 2018 & we had problems when we went to change them out so she ended up letting them close. Decided she wanted them periced again so picked here b/c good reviews & close to home. They were able to reinsert a new starter earring b/c holes had not completely closed & we were told they had originally been put in at an angle & that is why we had problems putting new ones in. Rayne was SO professional and kind during my nipple piercing. I was very nervous but she talked me through the entire process before starting and made sure I knew what was happening at all times. I have quite a few piercings from other people and I have never felt more comfortable with a piercer. She really put me at ease. I’ll never get pierced anywhere else! Highly recommend.

We took our 7 year old daughter there to have her ears pierced. Highly recommend Fino. He was very professional and spoke directly to our daughter while explaining everything to her. When our younger daughter is ready, we will definitely be back.

I had a walk-in slot with Lorenzo since my appointment wouldn’t take at least 3 hours. Lorenzo was so kind from the moment I met him. After showing my reference piece, he walked me through things that would and wouldn’t work just because of the nature of the art.
