I’m a real estate investor and done hundreds of transactions with various title companies at this point. I just purchased a property that ended up having a title issue and Spencer and his team did a WONDERFUL job resolving the issue quickly and keeping me informed throughout the process. I would not recommend Steed Title Insurance Agency based on my experience selling my Tooele property. During the closing, I was told that the buyers’ assumption of the existing solar loan had been handled. It had not. The solar loan remained entirely in my name after I no longer owned the property. I was then forced to spend additional time and money working with an attorney to create and record a separate promissory note and deed of trust in an attempt to protect myself.
