I had such a great experience at this jewelry store. Their collection is absolutely stunning—every piece is unique, elegant, and clearly made with great attention to detail. I had a very disappointing experience with Stedmans Jewellery. I brought in a small job that was meant to take a short time, but ended up waiting over six weeks without any communication or updates from them. I only found out there would be a delay when I followed up myself. When I returned to collect the item, I was told to pay the full amount, even though I had already paid a deposit.
