Clean, isn’t usually busy, and has a good selection of equipment. Everyone I’ve met is friendly as well, so that’s a plus!
I've been coming here for about 6 years now and it has really improved with the new ownership. All new equipment, new flooring, a fresh paint job along with many other improvements in the past year or two. Owners and patrons are all friendly and it feels like a home away from home to me. I'd recommend this gym to anyone interested in self improvement, just maintaining or like me.... just trying to keep the old man out.
Great gym with lots of equipment and a good community. Will definitely make you break a sweat.
