I have bought numerous lighting products from STEDI and have always been very satisfied with all the products and service received from STEDI. Recently i was in the market for some additional spot lights for my motorbike. Stupid me ordered wrong item, was driving passed showroom, dropped in , refund arrange by front of house staff member, and new item pickup from onsite warehouse staff, no issues, great service from both areas
From S EDI to STEDI So, the letter "T" came off one of my driving light covers. No big deal. Two years old. I send Stedi an email seeing if they had any spare "T"'s. No issue BUT what arrived today were two brand new covers. NOW. That's what I call customer service
