Neal did a great job working with me purchasing my kioti tractor. Everything was communicated and handled very well. That part was nice. I have not gotten to experience their service department yet though since I am still under 50 hours, but I have gotten a small taste of their parts/ service department vibe. One of my hydraulic lines was pushing loose and leaking from a factory crimp for my front loader before my tractor hit 20 hours.
