To say it was a joy doing business at STEC is an understatement. Upfront, clean and organized as a whole. From sale to service these guys and gals have it together. Not to mention I'm thoroughly enjoying my new tractor. If you want great service from great people you've found your place. STEC.
Neal did a great job working with me purchasing my kioti tractor. Everything was communicated and handled very well. That part was nice. I have not gotten to experience their service department yet though since I am still under 50 hours, but I have gotten a small taste of their parts/ service department vibe. One of my hydraulic lines was pushing loose and leaking from a factory crimp for my front loader before my tractor hit 20 hours. Neal at STEC was great to work with through the buying process for my first tractor. He was truthful with honest opinions about what he thought I would need and, perhaps more importantly, gave me his honest opinion about what he thought I should wait to purchase EVEN THOUGH he could probably made another attachment sale. When I looked to purchase, I wanted a dealer who knew BIG diesel engines and had staff to take care of them. Worked with Neal to do my purchase. He treated me fairly, responds to my questions in a timely manner and in the end, I bought my equipment from STEC and would gladly do business again. My only complaint is that STEC is a bit over 3 hours away or else I'd visit STEC more regularly. They also handled delivery for me and charged me what I felt was a fair price for it.
