We renovated a 100 year old barn then lived in in for 5 years. We were so happy with SBI and their craftsmen that we had them renovate the cottage and then the old house. The Stebnitz family has taken care of us for over 20 years. The first job was extending our porch across the front of the house. Then several minor jobs were followed by a major addition around 2005. When I retired, we decided to sell our house in Illinois and move to our summer home on Geneva Lake.
