Ms Sulak was immensely helpful when I needed to set up a trust for my disabled sister. She had answers to all my questions and gave me more information than I knew I needed. I had tried unsuccessfully to get those answers from attorneys who did not have that expertise. I feel very fortunate to have finally been referred to her.
I find it difficult to believe only two people have written reviews on this wonderful practice. I have worked with with Scott since 2020 when my grandparents passed, leaving their estate ill-prepared. Scott not only helped me navigate that trying ordeal, but also drew up a special needs trust for their disabled son. I have consulted extensively with Sarah Sulak concerning guardianship issues for a disabled sister who lives in nursing home, how to handle money properly for medicaid (although we had already done her medicaid spend down when we started working together) and random, sometimes unusual problems that have cropped up.
