I don't know what was going on there- I should have gotten up and left when they handed me the sunglasses I wore in the chair; they were so greasy and dirty that I had to clean them on my shirt to see out of them. He literally spent 15 min. in my mouth to do 4 fillings, it was like a frantic mad-dash to get me done and go home- I guess I was the last one of the day... the assistant was yelling down the hall with her hands in my mouth, to see if another one would clean the bathroom for her. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
Just moved to Medford. Dr. Stebbins and his staff were super friendly and his staff made attempts to see me ASAP when others I researched wouldn't or couldn't. His office, staff, and Dr. Stebbins himself made me feel at ease and very welcome. I hadn't seen a dentist in 7 years, but Dr. Stebbins never made me feel bad about that. He merely focused on the problem at hand. He took the time to explain things to me in an informative, non-condescending manner.
