Had our first ever septic cleanout (new home) Sept 2008. The gentleman who worked the machine cleared the tank top without the add'l $15 fee as I am older, on oxygen, and couldn't quite manage it. While this may not be standard practice, t'was very helpful for this first-timer. Cleanout was done efficiently and I received good advice on how to "care for" the septic system. The price was very good as I had compared a few local companies. I found it a pleasure doing business with this excellent company.
