Stearns has worked on my pool for years and always seemed to do good work. Early on the warranty repairs were seamless but since then their support model and pricing has changed. Definitely shop around when looking for repairs. No longer my first choice

My wife contacted Stearns for a quote for several pieces of equipment. The lady who answered the phone was rude and when she heard we were price shopping hung up the phone on her. I posted about this on their Facebook and instead of reaching out they blocked me. Don't waste your money on these people. Their solution is to be rude and hang up on you, imagine you have a problem and need to call them? They didn't help us, do u think they will help you? Excellent local pool maintenance.
I called Stearns for my Jandy Pool warranty repairs (Polaris pump & LED Lights) and they have been nothing but responsive. The service was scheduled timely and the repairs made were done professionally. I will certainly call on them again for my pool repairs.
