Was easy to close when purchasing a home. However once you are done with your purchasing the website is a complete nightmare and customer service when you call the 800 number is little to no help. I have not been able to access my online account for a month and a half. I am just glad that auto pay is on so I don't have to attempt to call the 800 number every time since the website is always down or they say they are fixing it. Funny how you can comment back.
