I recently used the car pick-up service offered by Sterns Ford Service Center located at 602 Alamance Road Burlington and I couldn’t be happier with the convenience and professionalism. They picked up my vehicle directly from my home, saving me time and hassle.
This is the worst sales experience I have ever had. My wife and I drove 3 hours to look at a truck here. We called and made them aware we had our check in hand to buy. They told us we were good to purchase the vehicle. When we got here they had someone else driving the truck on a test drive. They told us the persons were not interested on the vehicle and that we were ok to purchase it and we had first dibs.
