The service center will charge you for items where pricing was never agreed upon. Don’t be fooled. Their first priority is money! The service center will rip you off and refuse to make it right. They serve their managers by stiffing the community! I recommend going to a reputable service center.

Mr. ****** called in on 2/1 for a service appointment for oil change, tire rotation with $5 off coupon, a diagnosis on his check engine light, fuel filter replacement and coolant filter replacement. I bought a car from them which was to have 3 free oil changes. Took it up there asked for tires to be rotated too. When I got the car back I drove it for a day and the oil light came on. I took it back up there and told the service manager and he said they only fill all cars to the minimum line. I knew that was a lie. They put oil in it again, still same thing he only filled it to the minimum line, did not rotate my toes, nor fill the washer fluid up. After speaking with our Service Manager he informed me that it is customary to fill oil levels to the minimum line so as to not over fill. I apologize for the inconvience of having to come back to the dealership to have the oil topped off. My husband and myself were car shopping for me. We found two vehicles we were interested in there. One being a Honda Civic, the other being a Toyota C-HR. We test drove both of those. We went with the Toyota. We went inside to do the financing stuff told them the payment I wanted and term length etc. They couldn’t do it so we left. Ha!.... good stuff... my ford focus has been at Stearns Ford for 3 months next week, recall for chip... spoke with Ford Corp and Stearns Ford several times... I was very flexible at the beginning as I was allowed to work from home, now office is opening up and need a loaner... corp is saying dealership needs to provide loaner, dealership is saying corp needs to provide loaner... WTF?... the problem is they all knew these chips were a becoming a problem but corp and dealership didn't plan, coordinate and implement a solution.... read more

Vehicle needs a TCM that is on backorder through Ford with no date off backorder. While we agree this is an unfortunate situation, it is beyond the dealer's control. .Ford does not provide a rental for this issue. Dealer unable to provide a rental vehicle for this issue. We suggested to the customer to contact Ford and have case esculated or a final review regarding a rental.
Service Department price gouges! $90.00 to tell me what I already knew. My 17 year old son made an appointment to have his F250 diesel truck fuel leak fixed. I, his father, put in writing what was wrong and what part needed to be replaced and to have them contact me only since I would be the one paying for it.
