New to Pine Island, we asked advice from numerous folks on who they would recommend for our major remodel. Stearns was always the number one answer so it made our decision very easy. In many ways a remodel can actually be more difficult than a new home but Stearns was with us all the way as we uncovered pilings that needed to be replaced, prepared for a hurricane and uncovered numerous issues common to a 45 year old house.
