Very disappointing experience. The staff always come across as condescending and spoke to me like I was stupid instead of simply answering my questions with respect. I was called to renew WIC. I was looking for useful information, but the conversation ended up feeling like a complete waste of time. If a public health office is reaching out to help others, they should not belittle participants for not knowing everything especially since they tout themselves as specialists. Everyone here is useless, no one to answers the phone and voice mails go unanswered for months.
There is no way to get anyone on the phone for anything. No one answers no matter when you call.
