I’ve been renting through Stean Nicholls for 5 years, and Lisa has been nothing short of amazing throughout my entire time at the property. She’s always been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful — nothing is ever too much trouble. Her communication is excellent, and she genuinely cares about her tenants, which makes such a difference. I can’t recommend Lisa enough, she’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. :)

Emma has consistently demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication. Her proactive approach and attention to detail have made managing our property a smooth and stress-free process. We highly appreciate her dedication and ongoing support.
I had a very negative experience with this agency, especially with Emma Clements. After I gave more than 30 days’ notice that I would not renew my lease, she wrongly insisted I should keep paying rent past the legal end date and later stopped answering my calls. She also recommended a cleaning team that was completely unprofessional. Tenants deserve transparency and respect – unfortunately, I did not find that here.
My husband and I are very happy with how we've been treated by Stean Nicholls Real Estate, especially because we were having some issues in the background on our end with getting everything ready for moving in. I appreciate how kind and understanding Lisa has been in regards to the issue we were having. Her genuine kindness really helped us during this stressful time and made us feel at ease knowing that she was on our side. Thank you Lisa, you're the best! 🏡
