I had a very negative experience with this agency, especially with Emma Clements. After I gave more than 30 days’ notice that I would not renew my lease, she wrongly insisted I should keep paying rent past the legal end date and later stopped answering my calls. She also recommended a cleaning team that was completely unprofessional. Tenants deserve transparency and respect – unfortunately, I did not find that here.
My husband and I are very happy with how we've been treated by Stean Nicholls Real Estate, especially because we were having some issues in the background on our end with getting everything ready for moving in. I appreciate how kind and understanding Lisa has been in regards to the issue we were having. Her genuine kindness really helped us during this stressful time and made us feel at ease knowing that she was on our side. Thank you Lisa, you're the best! 🏡
Throughout my 2.5 years renting through Stean Nichols I had the pleasure of having Anneleise as my property manager. Anneleise was fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Her communication was quick and efficient and I genuinely could not recommend her highly enough! Thank you Anneleise for everything! You are so good at what you do!!
