Initially started off well. Had major leak in bathroom , water seeping into bedroom. Timbers in wall had rotted out . Decided to redo wet areas and asked tenants to leave. Emma supported tenants all the way. Emma had two interviews with tenants. I was informed they wanted to stay and would live in a van on driveway whilst all work being done. The agent and his team performed over and above to achieve a price for us that was way higher than we were expecting. Lisa was my property manager for over 5 years across two properties and was nothing short of amazing! She worked hard to find me the right properties and provided a glowing reference when I applied for my new house with a different real estate. I had the absolute pleasure of having Anneleise as my property manager for about 5 years. She was always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance that needed to be organised. The team was also very helpful when I was asking questions about getting roomates and even more helpful when problems arose and they answered every question possible regarding ending my lease quickly. There was no guess work at all. I will absolutely be using Stean Nicholls again in the future.
