I had discovered an area that my pet was using on my new carpet as his bathroom unknown to me. Steamy Stuart came and removed all noticeable stains. When I passed by a few days later I saw some marks had resurfaced. I called and they promptly rescheduled and restored the carpet to its original condition.
If I could give this company more stars I would. They were simply AWESOME from beginning to end! The online scheduling is efficient and accurate, they arrive timely and with adequate notice for the scheduled appointment, they’re super professional and thorough, they accept multiple forms of payment, and most importantly, they CARE.. they care that your carpets are clean and that you are happy with the job they’ve done.
