Recently, I fostered dogs who were not potty trained, so my carpets took quite a hit. I wasn't sure how much professional cleaners could do, but I decided to try Steamy Concepts and have my whole downstairs floors (carpet and tile/grout) cleaned. I cannot tell you how impressed I am! I'd suggest asking for an invoice with the price before they start working. I got a text saying "Special Pricing." It said, "This special is buy 2 rooms of carpet, get 1 free. Each room of carpet is $45, stairs are $55, and hallways and walk-in closets are $20." I asked for 6 rooms, stairs, and halls. After it was all done, they charged $55 for up to 16 stairs, and anything over that was extra. I also got a 1-room discount because they said you can't combine discounts. I paid over $550.
