Our MBR carpet and two area rugs were greasy because a walker I was using went over a grease ball in the street. Steamy Concepts arrived on time. Michael was superb in cleaning the entire carpet and spot cleaning the area rugs. It is impossible to tell they were stained. We highly recommend Steamy Concepts!
Caleb did an excellent job cleaning our carpets! We had all of the carpets in our home steam cleaned because, as we all know, life happens—especially with pets. Caleb was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything looked great before he left. While I initially saw the $79 promotion, the final cost ended up being closer to $500 after adding the deep cleaning treatment for pet-related issues.
