The only thing they did right was show up on time. I was given a price of 169.00 that’s with the two rooms 79 dollar special plus an additional room at 45 plus the standard disposable fee. When Anthony showed up he told my wife it would be 369 for the 3 rooms and walk in closet. My wife told him that’s not the price I was given he said he would discount 50 dollars. Recently, I fostered dogs who were not potty trained, so my carpets took quite a hit. I wasn't sure how much professional cleaners could do, but I decided to try Steamy Concepts and have my whole downstairs floors (carpet and tile/grout) cleaned. I cannot tell you how impressed I am!
