Worst cleaning experience I have ever had. Making the app't I was told 8 am, 1st stop, same service as last time, same price. Fine. Cleaning day comes and I get a text saying they will arrive "between 8 and 12 noon; I call to complain and am told "oh, that's just our software sending out messages".... Stress city. So the guy, Ivan, shows up an hour late, walks in and starts playing with his iPad and then gives me a new, higher quote, because "you have a walk in closet", which was included last time and no other carpet cleani... read more
