I recently used Steamy Concepts for carpet cleaning and couldn't be happier with the experience. Booking was a breeze, and their customer service was very helpful. The technicians were professional and clearly explained the cleaning process. Unfortunately, when they came out for the first appointment, their machine broke, so they couldn’t finish the job. A steamy concepts truck showed up at 8am. The truck itself was parked over 50 feet from our apartment. The truck was so loud it woke me out of a dead sleep and ran for over 20 minutes. Our entire second-floor apartment was reverberating and vibrating. Several people came outside to complain. I called the main office and was told "We are well within our rights to start work now". Absolutely the worst! Steamy Concepts does not know what they are doing, novice level work, horrible customer service. I paid them to do a job right a month later I had dry wall falling on to the floor with a hole in the wall! They didn’t do the job right and They haven’t given me my money back. They have no idea how to do a job right. Do not trust these people, shady business.
