Robert arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. It looks great! He was friendly and professional. I had a few questions and text him-he responded every time. I will recommend him. Price was reasonable.
Steamworks kept me informed through text messaging about my appointment and the technician’s arrival time, which was much appreciated. The technician was very professional, friendly and efficient. Quality of work was very high. I was impressed by how quickly he set up and cleaned up the equipment when finished. I will definitely use them again.
Robert is a very attentive and knowledgeable serviceman. His prices are reasonable and the results are fantastic. I highly recommend his services to anyone!
They showed up 2 and a half hours late. They did not clean the entire area under the bed at all even though it was easily accessible. Many areas especially around the corners missed. Would not recommend.
