Our 2nd floor condo received water damage from a construction remodel on the unit above us, and first noticed by the 1st floor resident. Dan Lewis and his team from Steamway had his team in immediately, removing wet drywall/baseboards/ceiling and checking insulation, pulling cabinets and assessing flooring quickly. He brought in several huge dehumidifiers to dry things out. We received updated photos, phone calls and texts as they evaluated and proceeded with the recovery process. We had Steamway clean some fabric on our kitchen chairs. They did a fantastic job!! The chairs look like new! They smell good too!! 😉 great job!!
Flexible, fast, professional and efficient.
They did a wonderful job cleaning out ducts out from the flood funk. They explained all they were going to do in ways I could understand. Cleaned up after themselves even cleaned up a little mess that wasn't from them. Also answered a few other questions we had. They were very helpful, did a great job, and we highly appreciate and recommend Steamway! Thank you for your hard work! It is so nice to be able to use the ac/furnace. We will be calling you guys back again.
