The owner came into my home and insulted me several times. He wouldn't stop shaming me for the amount of work it took for my carpets. He made some racial remarks such as "go back to your own country". Very unprofessional and would never hire them again.
Honestly… WOW! For years I have been booking carpet cleaning online with the name brand companies out of convenience but lately feeling a bit disappointed. After a basic Google search I stumbled on SteamWave and they were beyond expectations. We have a well loved, highly trafficked house by little people and I am honestly WOW’d.
