I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this store! I needed to send a package quickly and wasn’t sure of the best way to go about it, but the staff made everything simple and stress-free. A special thanks to Kate, who went above and beyond to help me choose the best shipping option and made sure everything was correct. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service all around—this is definitely my go-to place for shipping!
My wife got of the website to order a bumper sticker from them for fathers Day. It said it would be ready on the same day, (Saturday) and we had to pay extra for them. Then the graphic artist called us back to inform us that it wouldn't be ready same day, but it would still cost the same amount and that the website she created was wrong. I had high hopes when I initially approached SteamRoller in Hurricane and met with Erin for help bringing a unique menu design and print concept to life. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite clearly outlining the vision during our first meeting—including leaving behind a rough draft—I faced over six attempts to follow up with little to no communication or progress.
