Tonight we travelled on the Southern Lights Encore from Goolwa to Victor Harbour & return. What A fantastic idea to run this service! Great to see many people aboard the train and many people waving as we went past both on the way to Victor and on our way back to Goolwa. What A great idea for tourism on the Fleurieu. Well done Steamranger
Unfortunately not opening on weekends
A pity the steam engine doesn’t run more often, but being pulled by diesel was ok. Loved the countryside we passed through. Enough time given to explore the town before return trip. Good holiday activity.
