They were prompt when I called and to return messages when I called. They did a great job with the carpet I dropped off for cleaning and it looks brand new. I had requested that it be thoroughly dry to put back down on a wood floor and it was. Will use them again recommend them to friends

I highly recommend Steampro Carpet Cleaning! I had a very large, very heavy 100% wool flokati rug cleaned and they durpassed my expectations! Very friendly communication, convenient drop off & pick up & affordably priced. I already have another wool rug rolled up & ready to go! Thank you for providing such excellent service in our small town of Andalusia!
I would definitely recommend SteamPro! They were reasonably priced, super friendly, and very professional! They were meticulous about cleaning our carpet. They actually let us know they had a cancelation and were able to come earlier. Very pleased with their service!
