He is now operating under Steamway. Steamway is a company out of El Paso after I filed a complaint with the BBB. He will get his day I court, trust me!!!!
****THIS IS A SCAM***** This man by the name of Clay claimed that he does air duct cleaning along with carpet steam cleaning. He didn’t use any chemicals. There were stains still on my carpet. He left out the front door when I was letting my dog out back. I was able to get a clear picture of him along with his license plate. He also provided me with a recipt. Does anyone know what I can do legally?
This company is a scam! I contacted them because i saw a sign that said "$15.00" a room. The guy came to my home and i instantly got a bad feeling and should have stopped right their but i didnt. Unfortunately after it was all said and done he skipped out with my money and didnt finish the job. He came in a unmarked black truck. DO NOT use this company. This company is a scam!!!! Please don’t use them. I went to the bathroom and when I came out, the guy had left without finishing the work and he took my money!!! ($200.00) I knew the red flag should have been when they told me they only accept cash. He was also very unprofessional and left my house with water everywhere. This is not a real company. Do not be fooled as they do not use chemicals, only water. We did not realize it until after the technician left. I did try to contact the business after the guy skipped out on me but no one answered and I as of yet have not received a call back. Contact a reputable business, not them. I can’t believe their are people out here that make a living scamming others.
